Unpacking
When unpacking, make sure the item is
intact and undamaged. If any parts are missing
or broken, call Harbor Freight Tools at the number
shown on the cover of this document.
Please Note: All assembly hardware will be
found in the bottom drawer during unpacking.

serial number in the back of the manual on the last
page (or month and year of purchase if product has
no number). Keep this manual and the receipt in a

Important SAFETY
Information
Do not exceed the maximum weight
capacities of the Top Chest (330 lb.), Bottom
Cabinet (500 lb.) or overall Tool Cabinet
(830 lb.). Be aware of dynamic loading!
Dropping or bouncing a load may briefly
create excess load causing product failure.
Assemble only according to these
instructions. Improper assembly can create
hazards.
Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and
heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
Keep assembly area clean and well lit.
Keep bystanders out of the area during
assembly.
Do not assemble when tired or when under
the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
Do not open more than one drawer at a time.
Load evenly from bottom up, with heavier
items placed towards back of drawer or
cabinet. Spread the weight evenly in the
drawers.

Do not stand or climb on Tool Cabinet.
Inspect before use: do not use if parts are
loose of damaged.
Use for intended purposes only.
Use only on flat, level and hard surface able
to support weight of the Tool Cabinet and its
contents.
This product is not a toy. Do not allow children
to climb on or play with or near item.
Maintain product labels and nameplates.
These carry important safety information.
If unreadable or missing, contact Harbor
Freight Tools for a replacement.
When moving this product, do not pull it.
Push the product to prevent personal injury.
Do not attempt to lift the Cabinet by the
Handles using chains, ropes or other lifting
devices. The side handles may fail, which
could result in personal injury, damage to the
product, or both.
Do not mount this product on a truck bed or
any other moving object as this could create
a hazardous condition.
Do not tow this product with power equipment.
The product could tip, which may
cause personal injury or product damage.
Secure drawers well before moving Tool
Cabinet with a forklift.
Do not alter this product in any manner. For
example, do not weld external lock bars or
attach electrical equipment. This may cause
personal injury or product damage.
Keep the product on level surfaces. The
product may become unstable and tip if
placed on a sloped surface.
Close the cover and lock the drawers before
moving this product. The drawers could
come open and make the product unstable

Assembly Instructions
Read the entire Important
Safety Information section at the
beginning of this document including
all text under subheadings therein
before set up or use of this product.
Please Note: All Nuts have been pre-installed
to the unit.
Use the M8x16 Hex Screws and Washers
(15) to fasten the Chest Handles (1) to the
side of the Tool Chest. See Figure 1.

Use the M8x20 Hex Screws with Washers
and Spring Washers (16) to fasten the Casters
(13, 14) to the bottom of the Tool Cabinet.
NOTE: Make sure both Locking Casters (13)
are installed on the same side. See Figure 3.

To remove Drawers (7, 12), empty and fully
extend Drawer. Lift the locking tab on the left
side UP and push the locking tab on the right
side DOWN. Then pull drawer to remove.
See Figure 4.

Use the M8x25 Hex Screws with Washers
and Spring Washers (17) to fasten the
Cabinet Handle (9) to the side of the Cabinet.
See Figure 2.

(Push Down)
To reinstall the Drawer, push the Drawer
into the Drawer Slot (8, 11) until the Drawer
stops.

Harbor Freight Tools Co. makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants
to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 90 days from the date
of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or
alterations outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or to lack of maintenance. We shall in
no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising
from the use of our product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation of exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express
or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness.
To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part must be returned to us with transportation charges prepaid. Proof of
purchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either
repair or replace the product at our election or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you
with a replacement. We will return repaired products at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted
from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
