An Advocate<br />

An advocate is a person who can help you or put you in touch with<br />

someone who can help you.<br />

These are some of the times when you might want to call an advocate:<br />

• If you are having problems with the care you are getting.<br />

• If you need help with a complaint or grievance.<br />

If you would like to speak with an advocate, call the Chester<br />
