EUROPEAN STUDBOOK CROWNED PIGEONS 2.1 Summary of the management data for Goura cristata 2000-2008 Age distribution The age of 58 individuals (28 males and 30 females) in the current population was known on 1 December 2008. There were 4 male specimens and 4 female specimens of unknown age. Current Population size The current population as of 1 December 2008 of the Goura cristata species which participate in the ESB programme consists of 30.30.4 (Total: 64). The 0-30 day group comprised 38% of all deaths. Circa three-quarter of the Goura cristata died before the age of 10 years.
