Request of result:
The gears have to be free of oil and chips after the
soft machining for the following hardening.
Process description:
The gears are charged onto a work piece holder
directly after the mechanical processing with oil at the
turning. When the work piece holder is full the
operator moves the charge tot he cleaning unit. There
the feeding trolley is docked and the charge is pushed
into the cleaning unit. The cleaning process (washing
and drying) takes place automatically. By the signal
lamp it is obvious that the cleaning process is
finished. After cleaning the work pieces are carried to
the hardening process.
