The gears have to be free of oil and chips after the<br />

soft machining for the following hardening.<br />

Process description:<br />

The gears are charged onto a work piece holder<br />

directly after the mechanical processing with oil at the<br />

turning. When the work piece holder is full the<br />

operator moves the charge tot he cleaning unit. There<br />

the feeding trolley is docked and the charge is pushed<br />

into the cleaning unit. The cleaning process (washing<br />

and drying) takes place automatically. By the signal<br />

lamp it is obvious that the cleaning process is<br />

finished. After cleaning the work pieces are carried to<br />

the hardening process.
