Designed with a heavy-duty 2-inch (48 mm) pitch, 4.5-inch wide (114.3 mm) chain and based on the successful ZeroGap design, 1785 chain allows for tight sideflex radius with no gap opening on its surface. This enhances product conveyability resulting in less tippage, reduced debris trapping and improved safety. This chain can be used in First In, First Out (FIFO) accumulators of bottles as well as in a variety of other industrial applications. The side of the chain is designed for use with turning discs to minimize chain pull in long conveyors with many curves.
