LAUTREC
Housing authentic prints of Post-Impressionist artist Henri de
Toulouse-Lautrec, this AAA Five-Diamond/Forbes Five Star
restaurant offers modern American cuisine with a French fl air.
Patrons will appreciate an ingredient driven menu – one which
changes daily. Artistic extras include tableside food presentations,
custom champagne carte and cheese carte service. Additionally,
Lautrec offers both a 7 and 12-course tasting menu – each selection
part of the varied progression of dishes.
Lautrec is also host to our elaborate weekly Sunday Brunch. Jackets
are requested for gentlemen; evening wear is appropriate for ladies.
Reservations are highly recommended. Children under 12 years old
may not fi nd Lautrec’s cuisine and style of service to their liking.
AQUEOUS (Seasonal)
Dine in Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired style…with a panoramic view
of the spectacular Laurel Highlands. The property’s AAA Four-
Diamond restaurant, Aqueous is an upscale steakhouse experience in
a contemporary setting. Resort causal attire is acceptable.
THE CADDYSHACK
The Shack is back! Located on the Links Golf Course, the
CaddyShack is a casual fare restaurant serving mouthwatering
barbeque. Guests can also enjoy a selection of cocktails and beer
at the CaddyShack Bar. CaddyShack is open for lunch and dinner.
THE TAVERN
Nemacolin’s version of a traditional English-style pub. Dine in
the bar, or sidewalk café-style near the 8,500-gallon free-standing
saltwater aquarium. Fun for the kids!

Both menus feature a variety
of sandwiches, salads, pastas,
seafood and steaks. When the
dishes are cleared, why not shoot
a game of billiards? A perfect
way to unwind! (billiard room is
for guests age 21 and over)
PJ’S ICE CREAM & PIZZA
PARLOR
A 1950’s style ice cream and
pizza parlor located near the
Activities Center. P.J.’s offers
kids from 1 to 91 a selection
of pizzas, salads, sandwiches
and old-fashioned ice cream
fl oats. Enjoy these treats while
sitting in a vintage automobile
booth. Open daily May through
September and Thursday through
Sunday September through May.
CASUAL FARE

The Gazebo to the old west fl are

AUTUMN
Warm, relaxed, casual. Located in the Lodge, Autumn’s dinner menu
favors a relaxed pace; a chance to enjoy a leisurely repast. With a
regional cuisine featuring the fi nest ingredients found in local farms,
the menu selections are designed to create a multiple course meal.
Accompanying wines are suggested with each course.
