Blast (Sequence Similarity Search)<br />
1. Point your browser to the NCBI BLAST<br />
server<br />

2. Under the Nucleotide heading, click the<br />
Nucleotide-Nucleotide (blastn) link<br />
3. Paste your sequence in the search<br />
window<br />
4. Click Blast! button<br />
5. Click Format button (and wait)<br />
