Grand Forks Air Force Base
In addition to the traditional learning
opportunities found at UND and
NCTC, the Grand Forks Air Force
Base offers college degree programs
designed for working adults. The
Grand Forks Air Force Base Education
Office works with eight fully accredited
universities to offer nearly 50 degree
programs. Enrollment in the programs
offered through the Grand Forks Air
Force Base is over 6,000 each year.
The programs at the Grand Forks Air
Force Base feature eight-week-long
semesters and a carefully designed
sequential offering of courses that permits
students to complete one full year
of college by attending classes as little
as two evenings per week during 10
months of the year. Students can obtain
associate’s and master’s degrees
in just two years and baccalaureate
degrees in four.
