East Grand Forks is home to Sanford<br />
Health. This past year, Sanford Health<br />
took a major step forward in East<br />
Grand Forks, adding more services<br />
plus another location.<br />
With seven Family Medicine providers,<br />
Sanford East Grand Forks Clinic offers<br />
easy access to primary care for all<br />
ages. Their new location on offers Occupational<br />
Medicine, Physical Therapy,<br />
HealthCare Accessories and more.<br />
Specialty Services and Outreach<br />
services now include Urology, Reproductive<br />
Medicine, Oncology, Surgery<br />
(including Bariatric), ENT (Ear, Nose<br />
and Throat), Podiatry, OB/GYN and<br />
Allergy. Proud to be part of the community,<br />
Edgewood Vista<br />
East Grand Forks is home to Edgewood<br />
Vista. The facilities at Edgewood<br />
Vista are specially designed with the<br />
Alzheimer’s resident in mind. Resident<br />
facilities include private bedrooms and<br />
bathrooms with a central kitchen, dining<br />
room and living room. The property<br />
also offers its own hair salon, aviary,<br />
and large rooms for family tasks like<br />
preparing meals and setting the table.<br />
In addition to the residential facility,<br />
Edgewood Vista also offers Adult Day<br />
Care and Respite Care, providing a<br />
safe place for individuals to stay while<br />
their caregivers take a break.<br />
Valley Memorial Homes<br />
Valley Memorial Homes has been<br />
offering services to the community<br />
since 1924. Services are provided to<br />
enhance the quality of life for those we<br />
serve. A full continuum of care is provided<br />
through a variety of programs<br />
and services offered within our five<br />
facilities.<br />
Services offered are senior apartments<br />
at Country Estates; assisted living at<br />
Wheatland Terrace, and skilled nursing<br />
and memory care at Woodside Village.<br />
These services are offered on the 4000<br />
Valley Square campus. Other services<br />
offered are basic care and assisted living<br />
at Tufte Manor, and skilled nursing<br />
and transitional care at Valley Eldercare<br />
Center.<br />
Overall, Valley Memorial Homes provides<br />
services to over 511 residents<br />
and tenants. Valley Memorial Homes is<br />
a Christian, non-profit organization affiliated<br />
with 26 Lutheran congregations<br />
in Grand Forks and the outlying area.<br />
