Scheduled to open early in 2012,
Doctor’s Hospital will offer a full line
of medical services in a 65 bed acute
care hospital led by well seasoned
healthcare professionals. Physicians
Hospital System, the parent
organization for Doctors Hospital,
ranks at the top in measurable levels
of satisfaction.
Services that Doctors Hospital offer
include: advanced obstetrics with
the newest in luxury private labor and
delivery rooms, twelve-bed intensive
care unit, surgical suites for pre-op,
post-op and out-patient, state of the
art operating rooms, laboratory and radiology
services, all private rooms on
the medical surgical units as well as
physical therapy, respiratory, and specialized
orthopedic and spine services.
Cancer Center of North Dakota
The Cancer Center of North Dakota
(CCND) is located next to Doctor’s
Hospital on Aurora Medical Park in
Grand Forks. CCND opened in 2005
and offers medical oncology and
radiation oncology services as well
as diagnostic services. CCND offers
state of the art technology in radiation
oncology with its Varian radiation treatment
system. Their medical oncology
treatment area is designed so patients
may be treated and monitored in a
warm and caring atmosphere. CCND
offers oncology and hematology treatment
services to the Grand Forks/East
Grand Forks and regional areas.
Other Services
Although Altru Health System is the
largest health provider in the communities,
Grand Forks and East Grand
Forks offer a wide variety of other
