Feeling Baden
Have you ever tried to feel a city? It might sound like a
strange question at first, but it is worth a try, especially
when it is a city like Baden, which is said to have “a
certain something”. But how do you go about it? By
coming into contact with all the different facets of a
city, and feeling and experiencing the surrounding
areas as well. It works best if you have the opportunity
to explore the city on your own. You can linger in places
that catch your fancy, enjoy things and feel the character
of certain spots. Or simply continue on whenever
you want to.
Our newly designed city walks are meant to be more
than just an orientation guide for those unfamiliar with
the city. They also provide information about curious
and interesting places, inspire you with ideas and
encourage you to get to know both modern Baden as
well as its history and development right up to the present.
A hike or an excursion in the nearby surrounding
region can also help you to paint your own emotive,
tangible city portrait of Baden. With the suggestions in
this brochure acting as your brush, you will be the artist
yourself!
