• Terms of sale are net due when rendered.
Service charges of 2% per month (24% per annum)
will be levied 30 days from billing date.
INFORMATION
• The advertiser agrees that the publisher shall not
be liable for damages arising out of errors in
advertisements beyond the amount charged for
the space actually occupied by that portion of the
advertisement in which the error occurred, whether
such error is due to negligence of its servants or
otherwise and there shall be no liability for non-insertion
of any advertisement beyond the amount charged for
such advertisement.
• All copy and type arrangements subject to approval
of publisher. The publisher reserves the right to edit,
revise or reject any advertisements.
• The publisher reserves the option to insert, above
any copy, “Advertisement” or “Advertising Feature”.
• The advertiser agrees to indemnify the publisher against
all claims arising from publication of any advertisement
submitted by the advertiser.
• All display advertisements must carry signature
of party inserting same.
• The advertiser agrees that the Calgary Herald will not
be responsible for advertising material unless return
delivery instructions are received within 30 days after use.
• The advertiser also agrees that the copyright of all
advertisements prepared by the Calgary Herald
shall be vested in the Calgary Herald.
