Agency/ Program Caregiver Support Coordination Caregiver Education and Training Description Assessing the needs of a caregiver and care recipient to plan, arrange, and coordinate services to meet the identified needs. Counseling, support groups, and caregiving education and training to assist in making decisions and solving problems related to caregiving roles.
