Marine Subsea’s Corporate Structure
Interoil Angola Limitada
Interoil Angola Lda. is an Angolan oil and gas service company
based in Luanda which was acquired in February 2008. In
Angola, bids for potential contracts usually have to be submitted
through a local office, and it was hence necessary to establish
a presence in the region. A local office is also required as most
of Marine Subsea’s vessels will operate out of Angola. The
company offers services related to brokerage, operation and
management of various vessels, procurements, imports, crew
changes, etc., and the company will facilitate the operation of
present and future Marine Subsea vessels in the region. Interoil
Angola has currently 7 vessels between tug, anchor handlers and
platform support vessels on charter for Sonangol and Total in
Angola. There are currently 11 employees, 4 expats and 7 locals.
This number will grow as Marine Subsea expands its operations
there. The company will soon change name to comply with the
mother brand.
Marco Marini (36) General Manager
Marco Marini has broad experience in West
Africa from various positions within the oil
sector. He held the position as Logistics
Manager in Orlean Invest Angola as well as
Personnel, HSEQ and Adm. Mngr. in Intels
Nigeria. He has also worked in Gabon and
Cameroon.

On & Offshore AS
In April 2009, Marine Subsea entered into an agreement to
acquire On & Offshore AS, a company based in Kristiansand
Norway with 150 employees that can provide technical and
operational personnel and services. The agreement gives
Marine Subsea the right to acquire 92,2% of the outstanding
shares subject to financing within May 2010. In the meantime,
both companies have entered into a cooperation agreement.
Currently Sarah has several offshore project crew from On &
Offshore onboard.
Terje Uleberg (52) CEO
Terje Uleberg has more than 30 years experience
from offshore work (Norwegian Sector,
North Sea). He has held offshore positions
as Operator, Supervisor, Field Engineer,
Superintendant and Project Manager as well
as Project Manager in OIS. He has also been
the General Manager in FIAS. Co and founded
On & Offshore Services AS in 2003 with Mr.
Helge Bjorvand. He is today Chief Executive
Officer of the On & Offshore Group.
