Low air warning<br />

• Turn on key / ignition<br />

• DO NOT start engine<br />

• Pump service brake pedal<br />

slowly (above) until LOW<br />

AIR buzzer / light activates<br />

• Note and verbalize Primary<br />

and Secondary air gauges<br />

• Should activate at between<br />

the minimum and maximum<br />

of 55 psi to 75 psi<br />

• above<br />

Pop out test – Emergency<br />

valve check (older vehicles will<br />

be pulled in)<br />

• Pump service brakes pedal<br />

slowly (as above) until<br />

emergency valve pops out<br />

• Emergency activation<br />

should be around 45 psi and<br />

no less than 20 psi<br />

• Note and verbalize Primary<br />

and Secondary air gauges
