Drivers Side Front Wheel Air hose • Secure to frame and brake chamber ○ Clamps secure • No leaks • Not cracked , frayed , and no bulges Brake chamber • Secure on brake bracket • Clamps secure (around chamber) • Note – there are no spring brakes on the front
Slack adjusters • Secure on the brake bracket • Unapplied position • Adjustments = 1 inch slack when pulled on • Push rods , pins , and cotter pin secure • The 2006 & later KME front slack adjusters are checked with a tab indicator.
