and cell phone chargers. <strong>Celltronix</strong> bluetooth products and select lithium battery chargers are not covered<br />
by this warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of products purchased in the United<br />
States over the lifetime of the product. Should this product, in <strong>Celltronix</strong>’ opinion, fail to be in good working order<br />
during the warranty period, <strong>Celltronix</strong> will repair or replace this product at no charge, provided that the product has<br />
not been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, disaster or non-<strong>Celltronix</strong> authorized modification or repair. Please<br />

LIMITED WARRANTY<br />
