The 2013 Legislature will convene in less than three months, and it will<br />
probably consider whether to address the other statutes that the Court has already<br />
declared unconstitutional and for which the appeals have been dismissed. With<br />
entry ofthis order, the Legislature will have a clean canvas upon which to paint,<br />
should it choose to do so.<br />
IT IS ORDERED that the Court's order declaring the contribution limits in<br />
Montana Code Annotated § 13-37-216 unconstitutional and permanently<br />
enjoining the defendants from enforcing those limits is hereby confirmed subject<br />
however to the Circuit's temporary stay order received only minutes ago.<br />
