Wide adjustment of the opening of the cylinders<br />

the dough; pedals (manual control on request) to<br />
control belt movement that roll at different speeds<br />
to avoid wrinkles in the dough sheets.<br />
EASY TO CLEAN<br />
The scrapers, built in material in compliance with<br />
the alimentary st<strong>and</strong>ards, are easily removable <strong>for</strong><br />
cleaning. The belts are washable.<br />
EASY TO MOVE<br />
The machine is assembled on wheels so it can be<br />
moved to clean the <strong>floor</strong> underneath.<br />
