KeyNews
Welcome to the first edition of Library KeyNews
It is with great pleasure that I present our very first edition. The idea for this hard copy newsletter
came through speaking to customers at events such as the recent Australian Law Librarians
Association (ALLA) conference in Darwin. It was also our pleasure to assist launching
The Evolution of the Australian Law Librarians’ Association book at this conference.
I have been CEO of LexisNexis Pacific for 8 months now and have had the pleasure to meet with
a large number of our customers across Australia. The insights we as an organisation gain from
these conversations is valued and it helps us to ensure we deliver solutions that underpin the
success of your organisation.
There have been a number of exciting developments at LexisNexis this year and many more to
come. I would also like to thank those that completed our recent customer survey which confirmed
that usability and content on LexisNexis AU are most important to our customers; in turn we will
continue to focus on making LexisNexis AU easier to use and enhance our content offering.
I hope you find this newsletter interesting and informative, and we look forward to receiving
your ongoing feedback.
Kind regards,
