undergoing breath analysis.<br />

b) The highest level of alcohol permitted is 0.1 promille (mg/L).<br />

c) In the case of a positive reaction, a second test will be conducted<br />

after fifteen minutes.<br />

d) If the second test is also positive, the referee must then be replaced<br />

by the <strong>FIVB</strong> Referee Delegate.<br />

e) If the referee, whose alcohol breath test proved positive contests the<br />

results, he or she may request a confirmatory blood test to be<br />

performed.<br />

f) The results of this examination should be recorded on a report form<br />

(Alcohol Test testimonial M-2 see Appendix 4)<br />

g) The <strong>FIVB</strong> Refereeing Commission will decide on the appropriate<br />

sanctions in the case of a positive alcohol control.<br />
