ASSESSMENT MODEL
Considering the need of the stakeholders, College, Students and the Industry, assessment process for this course will be carried out in three
stages –
Base Stage: Capturing Competency Requirements/ standards from the Industry for customization of the program further & also to use
them to map the participants, pre & post training.
Methods used are:
Interview method with the Industry experts on the following parameters:
The basic qualification required to perform the job effectively
The basic set of cognitive skills which are necessary to perform the job effectively
The basic Functional competencies which are specific to the Industry which is a must
The basic skills set
The behavioural attributes which are required to be developed for carrying out the tasks effectively
Salary band which successful candidates will get

Stage 1: Pre-training assessment to determine the level of the learner and so as to incorporate the appropriate inputs for effective transfer of
learning
