charge to licensed salons and barbershops and beauty
schools in California. Circulation is restricted to members
of the beauty and barber profession, its suppliers
and students.

are welcome. Payment offered only when arrangements
are made in writing in advance with the editor/
publisher.

or action is brought to collect amounts due California
Stylist & Salon shall be entitled to recover attorney fees
and costs incurred.
