Provides grants for up to four years to consortia of at least two<br />

academic institutions each from Brazil and <strong>the</strong> <strong>United</strong> States.<br />

Fosters <strong>the</strong> exchange of students and faculty within <strong>the</strong> context of<br />

bilateral curricular development.<br />
