You have a ONE YEAR warranty on your grain cart on condition that you return the 

WARRANTY FORM duly filled as soon as you receive your trailer. 

VERY IMPORTANT - Any request for warranty cannot be taken into consideration if 

we are not in possession of the WARRANTY FORM filled with all informations. 

CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY 

Our Trans-eXpress is warranted for ONE YEAR from their start-up date. 

The warranty applies all manufacturing or raw material defects. 

Our liability is expressly limited to the warranty as defined. Under no circumstances 

can it apply to personal or material accidents resulting from a manufacturing, design 

or material defect, nor to the consequential costs resulting from the immobilisation of 

the machine. 

The WARRANTY extends only to the provision of defective parts; transportation and 

labour costs are born by the customer. 

The WARRANTY does not extend to parts, elements or accessories mounted on the 

machine that clearly display the mark of the supplier (tyres, axles, etc). 

The WARRANTY is null and void, and we do not bear any responsibility in the 

following instances: 

1. Further to modification, transformation or repairs performed outside our 

workshops or our distributors. 

2. Where the serial number has been removed. 

3. Where parts originally fitted in the factory have been replaced with parts from 

another source. 

4. Where the defects are attributable to any kind of negligence, poor use, noncompliant 

maintenance, overloading (including passengers), or an inexperienced 

user. 

During the warranty period, repairs, modification or replacement of parts will 

not, under any circumstances, extend said warranty period on the equipment.

tractor weight” ratio should be less than or 

equal to 5.5 with assisted braking and tractor 

control.

General safety instructions 

- Do not forget that vigilance and caution 

are key to your safety. 

- Always keep children away from the 

machine. 

- Never transport people in your 

Interbenne. 

- Do not stand on the prop shaft or any 

other equipment, when in motion or 

otherwise. Please use the access points 

provided. 

- All remote controls (electric cable, rope, 

flexible coupling, etc.) must be positioned 

correctly in the places provided, so as to 

avoid the risk of accidentally triggering a 

manoeuvre that could lead to accidents 

or damage. 

- Prior to each use, check the screws, 

nuts and connections. Tighten if 

necessary. 

- Prior to each use, after each adjustment 

and maintenance, please ensure that all 

protection mechanisms are in place and in 

good condition, and that their locking 

mechanisms are working. 

- Do not wear loose clothing when using the 

machine. Ensure that all clothing is correctly 

fastened and wear a belt. 

- Do not climb onto, and do not allow anyone 

to climb onto, the trailer when it is in motion. 

- BEWARE of the risk of contact with power 

lines/electrical wiring when the drain screw is 

open. 

- Always use a prop shaft with universal 

joints, with a protector that is in good 

condition. 

- Adapt your speed and driving to the terrain, 

roads and paths. Be vigilant and cautious at 

all times. 

- Drive the machine at a low speed at all 

times, particularly on rough, steep terrain and 

on corners. Avoid sudden changes in 

direction. 

- Do not move off or brake suddenly when 

climbing or descending a slope.

Safety protectors: 

The transmission protector with constantvelocity 

universal joints is found on the front 

part of the tool. Its removal is strictly forbidden. 

Ensure that it remains in perfect condition, and 

replace it if need be. 

Attach the safety chain to a fixed part of the 

vehicle chassis. 

The hand brake (or parking brake) must be 

engaged beforehand each time the machine is 

uncoupled. Use the wheel blocks as well, if 

need be. Do not forget to disengage the brake 

once the machine has been coupled to the 

tractor. 

Controls: 

All the hydraulic features on the Trans-eXpress 

are controlled from the cabin, by means of a 

double-effect lever, after making the 

corresponding hydraulic connections

The vertical force transmitted by 

the balanced full trailer to the 

tractor vehicle can affect the 

manoeuvrability of the vehicle. 

Compatibility with the tractor: 

Please ensure that the machine is compatible with 

the tractor (minimum motor power output, type of 

coupling, power take-off characteristics of the 

tractor, hydraulic pressure, etc.).

Starting up 

Coupling the trailer to the tractor: 

TE 500 T : hydraulic drawbar without 

uncoupling (optional) 

- Do not park between the tractor and the 

machine without having ensured beforehand 

that the gearshift lever is in neutral, the hand 

brakes on both the tractor and the machine 

are on, and the clutch is disengaged. 

- For maneuvers, select the tractor's lowest 

possible speed. 

- When coupling the machine to the tractor, set 

the tractor's lift controls so as to ensure that 

the vehicle does not move during the coupling 

process. 

- Do not forget to engage the mechanical lock 

on the hook when the trailer is coupled to the 

tractor. 

- Use the the stand in such a way as to get the 

jack in as far as possible. 

- Ensure the push-pull are clean when 

connecting the coupling system.

(vertical hydraulic stand ) : Connect the 

hydraulic tubes to tractor. 

Adjust the height of the hitch using 

the double-effect distributor on the tractor. 

Once towing eye is aligned with tow hitch , 

reverse slowly the tractor , then lower the 

hydraulic stand. 

Step off the tractor to lock the hitch with pin 

Lift up the hydraulic stand to maximum position. 

The rear axle can be adjusted hydraulically. 

Connect the hydraulic tubes to tractor. 

Operate your distributor for lifting and lowering 

axle (transport position / site) 

You can operate together the two distributors

the height of the hitch, then take the Transexpress

- Oparate the tractor’s distributor to low the machine on the ground. (fig.1) 

- Oparate the tractor’s distributor on floating position . 

- The mudgard move up automatically when the axle move . 

TE 500 T : To put the transexpress on the ground when it is in Transport position: . 

- Remove the 2 safety pins (2) (fig.2) 

- Oparate the tractor’s distributor on floating position for rear axle (single acting cylinder) . 

- Oparate the tractor’s distributor to lower the front of the machine (double acting cylinder) . 

in Transport position, put the safety pins 

in the hole (3). 

Don’t forget the lynch pin. 

ATTENTION : Before oparate the 

distributor, take care: the safety pin (2) 

must be in the tube (1). 

IMPORTANT : When the safety pins(2) 

are in holes (3) and rear axle in road 

position, the distributor can be on 

floating position.

Starting up 

Front Propstands : 

The TranseXpress is equiped with 4 propstands on all typ (TE 500 T, TE 500 R and TE 500 B). 

2 on the front of the machine and two telescopic on the rear 

! 

CAUTION: It is required to use these prostands for any new site. 

The auger can ’t be operted without having unfolded the 4 propstands. 

Take care that nobody is in the area of the machine. 

Be sure the machine is placed on stable and flat ground . 

CAUTION: the unfolding of the auger can cause an imbalance of the machine. 

Put the 4 prop stands on ground before unfolding the auger. 

For TE 500 R and TE 500 T, Place a block 

in front of the wheel, after have tightened 

the parking brake 

(TE 500 T:on the right side of the frame 

TE 500 R: near the drawbar) 

Go down the front propstands ensuring 

that ground is flat and stable. 

! 

Take care to your feet during 

the lowering of the propstands.

Rear Propstands : 

The rear propstands are telescopic. 

To use them, ensure that the ground 

is flat and stable. 

Remove the pin 1 and then pull the 

telescopic 

propstand 2 outwards. Once 

the stand is completely output , put the 

locking pin in the visible hole, and replace 

the locking pin.

that ground is flat and stable.

Starting up 

checking of the different parts: 

- Clamping the wheels. 

- Taper bushes screws (80daN.M). 

- Drawbar pins and screws. 

- Wear of chainand sprokets. 

- chain tensioning. 

- Tightening of safety bolt : in case 

of breakage, first solve the problem 

which occasioned the break before 

replace the bolt. 

PTO shaft : 

If necessary, cut the protector and the shaft 

to the correct length. 

Ensure there is required recovery between 

the inner and outer profiles of protectors and 

between the male and female transmission 

shafts in all working conditions. 

REMEMBER: The maximum rotation speed 

for the hopper is 1000 revolutions / minute. 

Use a PTO shaft with a protector in good 

condition, and fasten correctly the locking 

chains. 

! 

Don’t use the PTO shaft as a step! 

Regularly grease the tubes guards. 

- It is essential to lock the lift arms of the 

linkage in a suitable position to avoid 

damage of the PTO shaft.

Starting up 

Chain Transmission : 

The transmission / reduction of rotational speed of the machine is on the front. 

It serves to reduce the rotation speed from the PTO shaft for driving the screw. 

It is composed of a double chains / sprockets set (Fig. 1) . 

The bearings have a greaser. (check its frequency in the table below) (fig.2) 

Check the correct chain tensioning before each use and its good lubrication. 

! 

CAUTION: it is strictly forbidden to get working the machine without checking the 

presence of the transmission guard. 

Tightening its bolts should be checked before each use.

Preparing the machine for work - folding and unfolding 

IMPORTANT: When folding and unfolding the auger, ensure the tractor is at tickover, enabling 

a smooth and safe folding motion with the gentle engagement of the locating mechanism for 

the auger drive. 

IMPORTANT: When engaging the PTO drive, make sure the tractor is at tickover because the 

drive on the auger has to locate and connect. Failure to do so will result in damage to the drive 

mechanism.

Use 

Electric cable for the lighting system: 

- The voltage is 12 V. 

- Connect the power socket to the tractor. 

- Check the proper operation of the 

mechanisms (rear lights, brake lights, 

indicators). 

When in motion: 

Prior to any movement, the user must check the correct connection and proper 

operation of the braking system, as well as the lighting and signalling mechanisms. 

- In all conditions, particularly on rough and steep terrain, drive the machine at low speeds, especially 

on corners. Avoid sudden changes in direction. 

- Do not brake or move off suddenly when climbing or descending a slope. 

- Ensure that the signalling and lighting mechanisms provided are properly positioned, clean and 

fully operational. Check the operation of the braking system before using the Interbenne. 

- Be aware of road regulations.

Use 

Loading: 

During loading, fill the hopper so as to 

uniform the charge in the body of the 

trailer. 

Loading the hopper, 3 flow are possible: 

- Single grain chute 

- Double grain chute 

- Automatic tailgate 

- Hydraulic taigate 

In these different cases, start emptying 

slowly, and increase the speed 

gradually. 

IMPORTANT: It is imperative to adapt 

the tractor power according to the type 

of the tipping trailer. 

example : Discharge with 

automatic 

tailgate, it should have an tractor 

power about 130 hp.

ADJUST THE POWER OF 

TRACTOR TO TYPE OF 

EMPTYING WANTED

On TE 500 , The covers are used to 

regulate the flow entering into the screw. 

This feature is important to ensure 

correct flow in drain plug (without 

accumulation or lack of material) 

but also to effectively protect the screw.

Use 

Before emptying the Hopper, ensure that 

the lower height of the tank corresponds 

to the height of the underside of the 

tipping trailer. 

The lower machine Heigh in work 

position is about 830 mm. 

sometimes, the height of the tipping trailer is too low 

in relation to the height of the tank. 

Put in place ramps under the wheels of the trailer 

to raise it. 

! 

When using fertilizer, use the PTO at 

540 rev / min. 

It is essential to wear goggles protection 

to avoid contact. 

Fertilizer 

Use exclusively for granular fertilizers 

Important: the fertilizer must be completely dry and 

powder free. 

Provide a full and rigorous cleaning of the Machine 

after working in the fertilizer or corrosive environment.

Use 

UNLOADING: 

Important recommendations for unloading: 

- Trailer hitched to the tractor 

- Ground stable and flat 

- Nobody in the area drain 

- No significant cross winds. 

Drain for all cereals: 

1. Position the auger chute in the desired location. 

2. Activate the PTO (about 500 rpm). 

3. Begin to tip the trailer in the hopper . 

4. Speed up the PTO at 850 rev / min 

(The TE500 operate can run until 1000 rpm 

but the flow won’t be faster). 

! 

Important 

Ensure secured working area around the 

machine embodying a zone around 

the auger. 

To stop the unloading: 

Decrease the speed of the PTO and stop it. 

It may be that there is grain in the bottom of 

the tank, because the bottom screw runs a 

few millimeters from the bottom of the tank. 

To switch from one cereal to another, 

you should clean the bottom of the hopper to 

prevent mixing of product. 

! 

Important 

-Never leave fertilizer in the hopper even for one night! 

-Clean and grease carefully after each use. 

CAUTION during the movement of the 

auger. 

It must be operated in an area without 

power line, poles, building.

Utilisation 

Shock protection by rubber buffer. 

The tank is equipped with a rigid rubber buffer for 

avoiding the deformation of the tank which would be 

caused by the collision of the tipping trailer. 

This buffer is not a reinforcement or a stop. 

It is necessary to in place wheel chocks behind the 

tipping trailer in order to reduce the risk of contact. 

CAUTION: Observe safety distances during 

maneuvers with tipping trailer when empting the 

hopper. 

Rubber gasket splash guard (optional) 

The folding rubber gasket allows to ensure a good 

seal between the trailer and Transexpress during 

tipping. 

Depending on the used trailer and therefore its 

height, it should fold the flap in the back of the trailer. 

The product will not fall between the two material 

and then fall into the hopper.

Use

Access to the screws bottom of the hopper. 

CAUTION: 

Before any operation in the tank, ensure in that no one 

is around the equipment. 

Access to the bottom screw'is allowed only in case of 

preventive maintenance (lubrication, inspection) 

but shall in no case be done when the auger is runing.

To access the bottom auger, unscrew the bolts (1) holding the wire guard (2) using appropriate tools 

and then lift the wire guard (2). 

Remove the pins (3) of the cones . 

Pivot cones to disengage the bottom screw by the hinges (4)). 

CAUTION: Do not go in the tank without blocking the auger by a secure system. 

! 

IMPORTANT: any intervention, 

even of short duration, 

in the bottom of the hopper should 

be done with the key removed the 

ignition, and by taking all necessary 

safety precautions. 

Verify that no one is located in the 

movement area of wire guard and 

cones.

Use 

The bottom auger is connected with a chain/sproket transmission on the front. 

The transmission is connected to the tractor with a PTO shaft. 

Tractor side : 1"3/4 - 6 spline (Ø 45mm) 

1"3/4 - 20 spline (Ø 45mm) 

1"3/8 - 6 spline (Ø 35mm) 

1"3/8 - 21 spline (Ø 35mm) 

Transexpress : 1"3/4 - 6 spline (Ø 45mm) with one shear bolt ( Maximum PTO torque = 2920 N.m) . 

The shear bolt can be replaced after checking that nothing blocks the rotation of all the augers. 

Always disconnect the PTO shaft from tractor and pull the key from the ignition. 

! 

The replacement of shear bolt must only be done with an genuine 

part supplied by the manufacturer. 

Hexagonal head bolt partial thread Metric 10 x 60 class 8.8 

and safety nut M10. 

! 

IMPORTANT: Use a PTO shaft with a protector 

in good condition, and fasten correctly 

the locking chains. 

The protector is an essential safety element. 

Do not remove it in any circumstances, 

if it is damaged, supply a new one to your

Use 

Uncoupling the vehicle: 

! 

Stop the tractor and apply the hand brake on 

the tractor - as well as that on the trailer – before 

proceeding with uncoupling the trailer. Proceed 

with disconnections in the following order: 

Disconnect the ends of the flexible cables and 

place them on the base provided for the 

purpose. 

TE 500 T:parking break on right side 

- PTO shaft 

Disconnect the PTO shaft on the tractor side of 

the coupling. Use the base provided to support 

the prop shaft. Do not use the immobilisation 

mechanism(s) on the protectors as support 

after disconnection. 

- Uncoupling the Transexpress from the 

tractor 

BEWARE of the risk associated with the 

ascending or descending force that may be 

exerted on the coupling ring. 

Use only the stand of attachment of the 

vehicle.

Tyres: 

Do not intervene with the tyres unless you 

have the specific tools and experience 

required to do so. Incorrect assembly can 

seriously jeopardise your safety. If in doubt, 

ask a professional. The fitting of tyres with 

d i f f e r e n t c h a r a c t e r i s t i c s t o t h o s e 

recommended by the manufacturer is strictly 

prohibited. 

Concerning the hydraulics system: 

Immediately repair any leak or incident 

a f f e c t i n g t h e h y d r a u l i c s c i r c u i t . 

The flexible tubes must not have been used 

p r e v i o u s l y i n a n o t h e r c i r c u i t . 

The rigid tubing must not have been soldered 

anywhere along their length. Where flexible or 

rigid tubing has deteriorated, it must be 

replaced immediately with an identical item.

Important: During welding 

operations on the vehicle or 

electrical wiring, disconnect the 

electrical socket on the tractor. 

Important: Do not weld on a 

machine equiped with a weighing 

system.

Storage - Cleaning 

Cleaning 

Empty the Transexpress completely before 

cleaning. To empty the Transexpress 

completely, open the hatch under the elbow of 

the auger, 

- Do not use aggressive cleaning products. 

- When using a high-velocity nozzle, do not 

exceed a pressure of 70 bars and keep the jet 

at least 80cm away from the machine. 

- Avoid directing the jet at fragile components 

(bearings, transmission, hydraulic flexible 

tubes, etc). 

Once the machine has been cleaned, check 

the state of the hydraulic flexible tubes and 

ensure that there are no leaks and 

connections have not come loose. 

Immediately rectify any deteriorations that 

have been noted. Also proceed with oiling all 

the important sections of the Transexpress. 

- When the Transexpress has been cleaned 

as a whole, check that the hatch under the 

elbow of the auger is open. This allows any 

excess water remaining from the cleaning 

process to drain away. 

- Where the machine has been used to 

transport fertilisers,wash the entire drain 

system thoroughly . 

Store the Transexpress in a location that is 

sheltered from bad weather. 

The conical shape of the tank is such that 

water collects at the bottom and causes an 

increase in product mass during storage, and 

rapid deteriorations of the kinematics owing to 

water ingress (blockage, corrosion, jamming). 

The increase in the mass of the load can also 

completely block the unloading system; in 

which case,remove the product before 

restarting and fully re-oil the lower part of the 

kinematics. 

Storage 

Ensure that the hand brake is properly secured 

when the machine is stored. For even greater 

security, please use the blocks provided. 

When storing the Trans-eXpress, the machine 

must be empty, clean, and parked on a flat 

surface that keeps its shape (concrete). In 

order to protect areas that have been worn by 

grain from rusting, we recommend that the 

machine be kept in a dry place and a paraffinbased 

product be applied. 

- Be mindful also of the following: different oils, 

tyre pressure, etc. 

- Please refer to the table showing timescales 

and different forms of maintenance. 

Please be aware of the risks of accelerated 

deterioration of the tyres caused by UV rays. 

Protect the tyres from UV and moon rays by 

storing the machine indoors. 

Scale or scrap 

The user must provide all documents 

pertaining to the machine (including the 

instruction manual) to the purchaser. 

Reminder: there is a legal requirement to sell a 

machine that complies with all relevant 

regulations and stipulate that, where the 

machine has not been kept in its original 

condition, that it may be necessary to bring it 

back into compliance.

Before calling a technician 

ISecurity bolt breaking : 

-Check there is no foreign objects in the tank.

- Check there is no foreign objects in the auger. 

You can handle the drain screw and open the hatch 

under the elbow to access gearbox. 

-Check that you don ’t have blocks in the 

tank(maize or fertilizer conditions). 

-reduce RPM motor when you start up the PTO 

(about 500 RPM on PTO) 

Unloading flow is not enough: 

-Check that nothing brakes the rotation of the screw 

-Check RPM from PTO (800-1000 RPM) 

Axle don’t want to go down (Version T et R) : 

- Check that the locking pin is removed 

The auger don’t move: 

-check the hydraulic valves on Transexpress and 

tractor. 

- Check the hydraulic connections.
