4. The rate elements associated with &bundled Digital ~ p are s added to<br />
Attac :lent 2 - Exhibit C in Exhibit 1 for the states of Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi,<br />
and Luth Carolina, and Exhibit 2 for the s?ates of Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, and<br />
Tennessee attached hereto and incorporate; nerein by this reference ;<br />
5. The Parties agree that all of the other provisions of the Interconnection Agreement,<br />
dated May 17, 2001, shall remain in full force and effect.<br />
6. The Parties further agree that either or both of the Parties is authorized to submit this<br />
Amendment to the appropriate <strong>Public</strong> <strong>Service</strong> <strong>Commission</strong>s or other regulatory body having<br />
jurisdiction over the subject matter of this Amendment, for approval subject to Section 252(e) of<br />
the federal Telecommunications Act of 1996.<br />
This Amendment is made effective thirty (30) calendar days following the last signature of both<br />
Parties.<br />
