Metrology and Innovation – Measuring at each Step
The Current Monitoring, Evaluation and Generation of Specifications are Crucial for the Industrial
Reality
- A Poor “Design” on the Development phase will compromise/limit the success of the Holein
the Wall Concept.
Due to the fact that the LOGOPLASTE concept delivers directly to the line of our Partners, the Quality
and the capability of Measuring is dramatic. A non conformity leads to a direct stoppage of the filling
lines.
If not in control of the key Parameters and indicators of the process, the Hole-in-the-wall, has no
possibility of surviving.
Continuous Industrial Monitoring will lead to:
- Full Control of the process
- Cost Savings
a) Only focus on key Indicators – Plant Balance Indicators
b) If the process is controlled, there is availability to look for “other” savings….
… less people required, energy savings, etc
