Information for the tenant from the RTDRS:
You may want to get legal advice about the application. It is important that you are available
to attend the RTDRS hearing by way of telephone. If you do not an Order may be granted
in your absence. If you are unable to attend the hearing and unable to have someone
attend on your behalf please call the RTDRS for other available options.
My claim is for less than $25,000 or I agree to abandon any part of my claim over the RTDRS
jurisdictional limit of $25,000.
I confirm that I have not applied to the Courts on this matter AND I have not been served with a
Court application by my tenant(s). I will contact the RTDRS if I learn that there has been an
