The Complaints Annual Report for 2011/12 was tabled. The report was based
on the requirements within the NHS Complaints (England) Regulations 2009
providing a summary of complaints received by the Trust in relation to its own
services. Since the Annual Report was required for the September Trust
Board meeting, members were asked to pass any comments to GE within 2
weeks from the date of this meeting.
116/2012 Summary of Issues for Escalation to Trust Board
• Continuing risks to patient care from high levels of cancelled outpatient
appointments and delays with rebooking patients.
117/2012 Date of Next Meeting
The next scheduled meeting will be held in Board Rooms 1&2 at 14.00 hours
on the 16 th October 2012
The dates for 2013 will be circulated.
