As part of the continuous improvement programme the Triage pathway has gone through several
iterations including most recently in June 2012. This explains day to day the variances during the
month of June. This process is continuing through the work of Maternity Clinical Fellows. It is
anticipated the service will settle with much higher percentages of women seen in 15 minutes once
this work is completed. Phase one of the new pathway commenced on 30 th July.
1 Triage figures Jan – July inclusive were 98% standard against 15 minutes. This has changed in September to 98%
standard against 30 minutes.
