The price for the combined French, UK and USA tour on application.<br />

Included in the price are:<br />

• Economy-class air travel from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to Paris and<br />

flights to London returning from Manchester. Flights from the east coast of<br />

Australia to the USA and domestic flights throughout the USA as listed in the<br />

itinerary. Please call for other departure cities.<br />

• Accommodation in carefully selected first and moderate first-class, centrally<br />

located hotels with private facilities. Hotel taxes and service charges.<br />

• Breakfast daily, welcome and farewell dinners as listed in the itinerary<br />

(indicated by D).<br />

• Travel in a first-class coach.<br />

• Sightseeing and general entrance fees as detailed in the itinerary.<br />

• Tour leadership by Michelle Marvig as detailed in the itinerary.<br />

• The services of a <strong>Travelrite</strong> International tour manager.<br />

Not included in the price are:<br />

• Passport and visa fees.<br />

• Travel Insurance.<br />

• Meals and drinks not specified in the itinerary.<br />

• Sightseeing and general expenses not specified in the itinerary.<br />

• Items of a personal nature.<br />

• Additional travel arrangements not in the tour itinerary will be<br />

quoted for separately.<br />

• Air taxes, government and air fuel surcharges will be added to your account.<br />

General information and booking conditions<br />

International touring can involve a considerable amount of walking and stair climbing in the places visited and it is important that all tour<br />

participants have a level of physical fitness that allows them to take part in this activity without the need of assistance from others.<br />

Tour costs: The tour costs are based on airfare, general<br />

transport, and accommodation costs and foreign exchange<br />

rate at 20 November 2009. No alterations to costings will<br />

be made within 60 days of departure from Australia.<br />

Deposit and payment: A non-refundable deposit of $500 per<br />

passenger is required at the time of booking. Full payment will be<br />

required 64 days before departure.<br />

Cancellations: Cancellations 64 days or less from the date<br />

of departure will result in the loss of all monies paid. Travel<br />

insurance is recommended to cover the costs of cancellation fees<br />

due to illness, death in family, etc.<br />

Minimum Tour Numbers: The tour has been costed on the basis<br />

of a minimum of 20 passengers having booked 64 days prior to<br />

departure. Payment by Visa and Mastercard will incur a one<br />

percent administration fee and AMEX and Diners a three percent<br />

fee. <strong>Travelrite</strong> reserves the right to cancel the tour, giving a full<br />

refund of all monies paid or offer arrangements to proceed with<br />

the tour at a modified cost. <strong>Travelrite</strong> International reserves the<br />

right to change advertised entrances if necessary for the smooth<br />

operation of the tour.<br />

Refunds: The tour is based on arrangements which do not<br />

allow for any refunds in respect to sightseeing, accommodation,<br />

meals, airfare or other services not utilised after the tour has<br />

commenced.<br />

Travel documents: All passengers will require a valid passport.<br />

Visas are not required for France or UK. Visas for the USA are<br />

issued online for Australian passport holders. See Michelle for<br />

details. If you hold another passport please check with <strong>Travelrite</strong><br />

International.<br />

Baggage: All passengers qualify for twenty kilos of luggage to<br />

Europe two pieces of luggage is allowed on flights to USA. One piece<br />

of luggage is allowed in the coach for both tours.<br />

Changes to the tour itinerary: <strong>Travelrite</strong> International reserves<br />

the right to make changes to the itinerary to fit in with operational<br />

requirements. Any change to the itinerary will be replaced with<br />

similar arrangements with an equal or greater value.<br />

Responsibilities: <strong>Travelrite</strong> International Pty Ltd. (Licence<br />

number 30858) is the tour organiser. <strong>Travelrite</strong> acts only as<br />

agents in the making of arrangements with carriers, hoteliers<br />

and others for the tour. As a result we cannot accept liability for<br />

any act or omission whatsoever, whether negligent or otherwise<br />

of those carriers, hoteliers or other persons providing services in<br />

connection with the tour over whom we have no direct or exclusive<br />

control. We do not accept responsibility for any injury, damage,<br />

loss, delay, change of schedule or any other events which are<br />

beyond our direct control, such as, but not limited to, war, flood,<br />

fire, civil disturbance, acts of god, acts of Government, terrorism<br />

or any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or<br />

equipment, or industrial action. The passage contract in use by<br />

the carriers concerned shall constitute the sole contract between<br />

the transportation companies or firms and the purchasers of these<br />

tours and the passengers. Baggage is at own risk throughout the<br />

tour. The contract shall be construed in accordance with the laws<br />

of the State of Victoria.<br />
