ENVIRONMENTAL, TOXICOLOGICAL, AND MICROBIOLOGICAL ANALYSES were performed, of which 77%
were for partners in <strong>the</strong> prevention-inspection network: <strong>the</strong> CSST, local health <strong>and</strong> social services network
development agencies, <strong>and</strong> joint sector-based associations. The IRSST Laboratory Services <strong>and</strong> Expertise
Department reported a 14% increase in <strong>the</strong> number of analyses compared to 2010.
HOURS WERE DEVOTED TO THE CALIBRATION, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR of direct-reading <strong>and</strong>
sampling instruments, with 84% of <strong>the</strong>se hours dedicated to <strong>the</strong> OHS <strong>and</strong> prevention-inspection network.
