Silobela constituency has 41 970 registered voters. The data in this report was compiled and analysed using the ward as the basic unit of analysis. This is because it is believed that when the data is so arranged, it would be easier to understand and to be used by the Member of Parliament. It is also more useful and worthwhile for the Member of Parliament to be cognisant of the presence or absence of infrastructure in his/her constituency starting from the ward level. It is the intention of Parliament to have a regular update of the data so that it remains relevant and useful to the Member of Parliament.
