Choice of the appropriate mower, its 

correct setting and matching with the 

appropriate tractor has a decisive effect 

on the quality and economy of 

mowing.A modern mower should ensure 

good ground surface tracking (correct 

mower setting in relation to mown surface), 

clean and aesthetic cut, correct 

cutting height and appropriate productivity. 

These factors have a significant influence 

on the quality of the fodder produced 

on the farm. 

Modern technical solutions, applied in 

Pronar mowers, fulfil the above criteria 

and work with them is easier. Pronar 

mowers have been designed and implemented 

into production by a team 

of the best construction designers of this 

product group in Poland. 

High-quality gearing and cutting strip 

are applied in the Pronar mower drives.

The new construction of Pronar mowers with conditioner 

combines in one machine all the necessary characteristics 

the user expects from the machine. This is reflected 

in the shape of the cutter bar of Comer make 

and the use of a steel conditioner which enables optimal 

conditioning of cutted grass. New design of main 

carrying construction assures high rigidity compared 

with the weight of the machine and optimal transfer 

of the power from the tractor to the cutter bar of the 

mower.

PDF 380 disc mower was engineered for FORTSCHRITT E 300 combine harvester 

Thousands of combine harvesters Fortschritt E300, produced from 1980s till the 

beginnings of 1990s, are still present in a greater number of European farms. These 

high quality German produced combines will serve for many more years when 

combined with Pronar disc mower PDT 380.

Pronar ZKP 800 is a double rotor rotary rakes with hydraulic regulation of 

working width from 7,0 to 8,0 m and manual width and height blockade. 

Turned linkage enables perfect steering of the rake. Lower links 

enable additional ground following behind the tractor. Front and rear 

independent wheels provide perfect following of the machine behind 

the tractor during taking turns. ZKP 800 double rotor rotary rakes fold 

hydraulically from working to transport position and vice versa.

ZKP420 



PRONAR ZKP300 - ZKP 300 is a single rotor rotary 

rake with working width of 3 m, equipped in eight 

working arms. Each arm ends with three double 

raking fingers. The axle system is equipped in two 

wheels with pneumatic tires. ZKP 300 power requirement 

amounts to 15 kW (20 KM), and it weights only 

285 kg. 

PRONAR ZKP350 - is a single rotor rotary rake with 

working width of 3,5 m, equipped in nine working 

arms. Each arm ends with three double raking fingers. 

The axle system is equipped in two wheels 

with pneumatic tires. ZKP 350 power requirement 

amounts to 19kW (25 KM), and it weights only 

315 kg. 

PRONAR ZKP420 - is a single rotor rotary rake with 

working width of 4,2 m, equipped in eleven working 

arms Elastic suspension of ZKP420 rotary rake, 

due to mobile heads, improves maneuverability 

and surface tracking, while two shock absorbers 

improve working conditions and assist the central 

setting of machine behind tractor. The axle system 

is equipped in two wheels with pneumatic tires in 

tandem arrangement. ZKP 420 power requirement 

amounts to 22 kW (30 KM), and it weights 500 kg.

Pronar Z 500 round baler bales, cut grass and straw. It is a solid chamber chain 

baler with pickup header with working width of 1800 mm. Double string binder (accelerates 

binding process, and thus baling) comes as a standard and also operation 

from tractor cab, mechanical rear flap interlock, bale ejector enabling commencement 

of gathering before closure of rear flap and wide tires 400/60-15.5 TL 14PR 

140.A8 (perform well on marshy meadows). 

String binder is equipped with triple step regulation of binding density, ensuring 

optimal selection of bindings number, depending on the type and size of harvested 

material. Application of elastomeric springs in rear flap bolting system mechanism 

guarantees high density of bale, which is important, to the final quality of the silage. 

For an extra payment the following equipment may be ordered for the baler: 

• net binder, significantly accelerates harvesting; 

• automatic baler chains greasing, guaranteeing cyclic lubrication of chains, which 

extends working life and fault-free operation: 

• central lubrication with permanent grease, ensures that all lubrication points are 

properly lubricated;

Bale transportation trailers perform excellently when transporting straw or 

hay/silage bales. It is possible to load three layers of bales. Applying wide tires 

facilitates loading on marshy and peat meadows. With regard to the maximum 

speed of these trailers, which amounts to 40 km/h, platform vehicles perform 

excellently in transport between significant distances. 

Two and three axle models are offered, with suspension springs, with regulated 

load surface length - T022 of 7.3t load capacity; T023 of 11.3t. load capacity. 

Models with increased load capacity are an innovation - the two axle T025 (9t) 

and three axle T026 (14t) - the introduction of which has a beneficial effect 

on the number of hay/silage bales transported, which weigh more than straw 

bales.

VMP 10 Feed mixing wagon performs well and equally on smaller, as well on larger, stock rearing farms. Application of the 

feed mixing wagon increases appetite in cattle, the feed is better mixed and, consequently, the milk production is increased. 

Pronar feed mixing wagons are characterized by solid and stable construction. 

The auger mixer used in Pronar feed mixing wagons is equipped with nine cutting knives (with optional regulation in three 

positions). On both sides of the container there are two mechanically controlled counter knives, and at the sides there are 

hydraulically opening chute shafts for dispensing feed. 

The wagon is equipped with 4-point weighing system with LCD display, which facilitates preparation work and feed dosing. 

The wagon is driven from tractor PTO, and power demand amounts to approx. 45 kW. Pronar front loaders can be used for 

loading feed mixing wagon.

PRONAR Z-245 - is a self loading bale wrapper not requiring the services 

of other machines, such as front loaders or loaders. Z-245 modern 

design assures rapid and easy work. It is designed for the wrapping of 

bales with a maximum diameter of 1.8 m, width up to 1.5 m and weight 

up to 1100 kg. The operation of the wrapper is enabled by the use of the 

tractor external hydraulics. 

The wrapper is operated by the use of hydraulic transfer distributor, 

which may be placed in tractor cab. Wrapper loading arms are powered 

by hydraulic motor (hydraulic ram), bales are transported directly onto 

rotating table, where they are wrapped in foil. 

For bale wrapping, foil of widths 500 and 750 mm may be used. Foil 

dispenser is mounted on frame, whereas the wrapping counter is 

installed in tractor cab.
