Induction heat<strong>in</strong>g<br />
Like gas, <strong>in</strong>duction is extremely easy and<br />
quick to control. The ability to precisely<br />
control <strong>the</strong> power makes <strong>in</strong>duction perfect<br />
for all types of cook<strong>in</strong>g. Because heat<br />
is only generated <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> base of <strong>the</strong> pan<br />
itself, <strong>the</strong> cook<strong>in</strong>g surface rema<strong>in</strong>s cool <strong>in</strong><br />
operation mak<strong>in</strong>g this a very safe appliance<br />
to use. As soon as <strong>the</strong> pan is removed, <strong>the</strong><br />
flow of heat stops immediately.<br />
