HBS Pizza stone<br />
Glazed firebrick with easy-clean surface glaze.<br />
Suitable for use on <strong>the</strong> wire rack <strong>in</strong> all current <strong>Miele</strong><br />
ovens (not suitable for use <strong>in</strong> comb<strong>in</strong>ation microwave<br />
ovens). Excellent heat retention properties that ensure<br />
crispy results when bak<strong>in</strong>g pizzas, bread, rolls and<br />
tarts. Supplied with wooden paddle.<br />
Roast<strong>in</strong>g filter<br />
A roast<strong>in</strong>g filter is available for <strong>the</strong> H 4000 series<br />
ovens. It fits <strong>in</strong>to <strong>the</strong> back of <strong>the</strong> oven cavity to keep<br />
<strong>the</strong> back wall clean and free of grease. (The H 5000<br />
series have a newly designed circulation system<br />
elim<strong>in</strong>at<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> need for this accessory.)<br />
HKL 5000<br />
60 cm wide spacer trim available <strong>in</strong> CleanSteel.<br />
This is required for <strong>in</strong>stall<strong>in</strong>g an oven, steam oven,<br />
microwave comb<strong>in</strong>ation oven or coffee mach<strong>in</strong>e<br />
toge<strong>the</strong>r.<br />
