Navitronic touch controls
The XL oven features a multi-lingual LCD
display and intuitive Navitronic sensor
TouchControls on glass which are very easy
to use and look after. With a wide range of
cooking functions, including user defined
favourites and pre-programmed MasterChef
functions, this oven caters for everyone from
the novice to the Professional chef.
Halogen lights
Miele’s side-mounted halogen lighting
shines bright white light throughout the oven
cavity. The side position prevents trays from
blocking the light, clearly illuminating every
level of the oven, even when the trays are in
place.
Temperature settings
For simplicity of use Miele's XL oven
offers pre-set recommended temperatures
for cooking functions. This recommended
temperature is easily changed using the
numerical keypad should you choose to use
a different one.
For added peace of mind an electronic
precision thermistor accurately controls the
temperature inside the oven. This device
can detect minute temperature changes
enabling the Navitronic controls to adjust
the oven temperature automatically to
assure you of excellent results every time
you use the oven.
CleanSteel
Miele’s stainless steel ovens
have been given a special new
finish that is resistant to
fingerprints and soiling. Simply wipe with a
damp cloth for exceptionally low
maintenance.
Safety shut-off
If the oven is left on by mistake it will switch
itself off automatically after a maximum
operating time.
Door contact switch
The heating elements and fan switch off
automatically if the door is opened during
use.
System lock
The system lock can be activated to ensure
that oven settings are not accidentally
activated by children.
