Relevant Legislation, Policy and Guidance
15.3.3 Although now superseded by web based renewables advice, paragraph 46 of the Scottish
Government’s (2008a) Planning Advice Note 45: Annex 2: Spatial Frameworks and
Supplementary Planning Guidance for Windfarms indicated the range of issues that planning
authorities may wish to consider in order to minimise adverse local effects that could impact
