All purchasers of these products should communicate all the health and<br />

as the case may be. Ivoclar Vivadent, Inc., recommends that, before<br />

understand the precautionary and other information on the product<br />
label and instructions, as well as in the Material Safety Data Sheet.<br />
Product Return Policy:<br />
Consumables (Porcelain, Merchandise, etc.)<br />
• Must be in saleable condition to receive credit.<br />
• Discontinued, obsolete, expired, damaged or opened<br />
items will not be accepted for credit.<br />
• Amount credited will be based on invoice price less<br />
15% restocking fee. Invoice must accompany product<br />
return.<br />
• Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.<br />
Alloys<br />
• Return of High Noble and Noble metal products in saleable<br />
condition will be credited based on invoice or current<br />
market value (if lower) less $15.00 per ounce. Such products<br />
which are not in saleable condition will be processed by<br />
refining and credit will be calculated accordingly.<br />
• Predominantly base metal products returned in<br />
saleable condition will be credited based on invoice<br />
less $3.50 per ounce.<br />
• Invoice must accompany product return.<br />
• Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.<br />
Equipment<br />
• Equipment under warranty will be repaired according to<br />
the terms of the specific equipment warranty.<br />
• Equipment out of warranty will be repaired with all<br />
charges (including parts and labor) the responsibility of<br />
the customer.<br />
• Used equipment cannot be returned for credit.<br />
Teeth<br />
• Complete sets of teeth may be returned only in exchange<br />
for the equivalent value of new teeth.<br />
• Broken sets of teeth may be returned only in exchange<br />
for the equivalent value of complete sets. Broken sets<br />
will be accepted up to a <strong>max</strong>imum value of 50% of a<br />
customer’s previous month purchases.<br />
• In order to qualify for exchange, teeth must (a) currently<br />
be available in the Ivoclar product line, (b) be on their<br />
original card (loose teeth cannot be accepted), and (c)<br />
clean, not adjusted or ground on.<br />
• Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.<br />
