aid<strong>enhill</strong> Friends have been<br />
M busy since the last n<strong>ew</strong><strong>sletter</strong>:<br />
• Forging n<strong>ew</strong> links with the<br />
school council.<br />
• Working closely with students<br />
and Miss Fry, some wonderful<br />
cakes were made for sale at the<br />
Stonehouse Jolly in July.<br />
Everyone was very impressed<br />
with the incredibly high<br />
standard and £175 was raised.<br />
• Refreshments are made available<br />
to suit individual events whenever<br />
needed, leaving busy teachers<br />
to concentrate on performances<br />
or meetings with parents.<br />
• Organising raffles and stalls.<br />
Bingo recently raised over £150.<br />
• Making plans for bigger things in<br />
the future.<br />
• A stall at the Goodwill Fest<br />
in Stonehouse<br />
I would like to take this opportunity<br />
on behalf of all the committee to<br />
wish everyone a very happy<br />
Christmas, and I look forward with<br />
great excitement to putting in place<br />
some of the wonderful plans we<br />
have for you next year!<br />

The shop is open daily from 8.30-9.05<br />
a.m. and during breaktime in the main<br />
corridor opposite the finance office.<br />
We can supply all your stationery<br />
needs for school from only 10p for a<br />
pen to a full pencil case for £1.30. We<br />
supply calculators for £5, geometry<br />
sets for £1.40 and also revision guides.<br />
If you need to hand in trip money,<br />
music money or need tickets to<br />
shows, this is the place.<br />
