<strong>Watercare</strong> has grown in size as it meets the challenge of serving all the people of Auckland<br />
as an integrated wholesale and retail business. The company’s long-standing commitment<br />
to being an industry-best workplace continues, with an ongoing emphasis on recruiting<br />
and developing the best people in all areas of work. Health and safety remains a major<br />
focus, with an induction process for all new recruits and contractors, and health and safety<br />
systems and programmes that are reviewed by the company’s executive team and by<br />
the board.<br />
