Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is a company-wide information system which consolidates information
from various functions/departments. See SAP below.

Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) is a company which offers enterprise resource planning solutions to companies
to integrate information from various functions of that company under one system. See ERP above.
The SCI represents Watercare’s public and legislative expression of accountability to its shareholder and
establishes the agreement between the board and its shareholder.
The SSP is a retrospective record of the performance of the company against the measures in its SCI.
Any discharge into a sewer in the course of an industry or trade process.
Water that is lost before it reaches the customer. Losses can be real losses (through leaks)
or apparent losses (for example, through theft or metering inaccuracies).
Liquid and solid matter discharged into the sewer network from domestic, commercial or industrial locations.
