<strong>Watercare</strong>’s free education programme.<br />

A report that outlines <strong>Watercare</strong>’s water quality performance for the financial year.<br />

required to maintain the integrity of its asset base over a 20-year period.<br />

The SCI represents <strong>Watercare</strong>’s public and legislative expression of accountability to its shareholder and<br />

establishes the agreement between the board and its shareholder.<br />

The SSP is a retrospective record of the performance of the company against the measures in its SCI.<br />

Any discharge into a sewer in the course of an industry or trade process.<br />

Water that is lost before it reaches the customer. Losses can be real losses (through leaks)<br />

or apparent losses (for example, through theft or metering inaccuracies).<br />
