This Convention was convened by the World Council of Total Quality and Excellence in Education (WCTQEE) in which Dr Jagdish Gandhi was the main speaker.Dr Jagdish Gandhi delivered ahighly inspiring speech to the student participants of the convention callinguponthemtoadheretoqualityoftheirworkina fast changing world.
