D. Instructions Management.<br />

(1) In every enterprise, governmental or private, requiring <strong>the</strong> services of more than one<br />

person, someone must issue instructions and someone else must receive and follow<br />

an office grows in number of personnel and complexity of functions, <strong>the</strong> uncontrolled<br />

creation of instructions can become a serious records management problem. Poorly<br />

and papers.<br />
