A More Thorough Examination...<br />

The Australian Monitor Installation Series DMA1 digital message<br />

announcer is a compact yet highly featured digital playback device.<br />

Utilizing an SD card digital storage format the DMA1 delivers high<br />

quality stereo audio in an MP3 format. <strong>Message</strong>s can be played or<br />

triggered using the on-board controls, via remote switches, contact<br />

closure or via RS485 serial control. The DMA1 also boasts an on<br />

board 20 watt per channel D class power amplifier as well as stereo<br />

inputs & outputs which allow it to be inserted in line with another<br />

BGM feed.<br />

130 minutes of music ( at 128kbps sample rate ) can be stored in<br />

the supplied 128MB memory card. The DMA1 supports memory<br />

cards up to 1GB and variable bit rate music files.<br />

It is a highly innovative & cost effective digital message<br />

storage & playback device that has a host<br />

of commercial applications.


Architecture & Engineering Specifi cations<br />

The <strong>Digital</strong> message announcer shall be of compact size & replay MP3 message fi les via SD card storage. The unit shall<br />

provide stereo playback with stereo in & out facility. <strong>Message</strong>s shall be replayed via on board controls (with remote<br />

capability), via contact closure or via RS485 serial control. The unit shall have capacity for storage of up to 255 high<br />

quality MP3 fi les & shall also have an onboard 20 watt per channel stereo power amplifi er.<br />

The Unit shall be an Australian Monitor DMA1.<br />
