The contents of the module INT/MEN - Model Engineering.<br />
Teaching and Learning Methods and Adequate Assessment of Performance: The module<br />
is organized along lectures and practical courses for developing a model-driven solution<br />
for a practical problem spanning all the dierent layers of inter-organizational systems<br />
for e-business in small groups.<br />

Summary: This module focuses on the technological as well as methodological aspects<br />
of the marketing of products and services over the Internet - often referred to as e-<br />
marketing. Thereby, the scope of this module includes customer relationship management,<br />
advertising on the Web, aliate marketing, search engine marketing and optimization,<br />
as well as digital customer data. Furthermore, it takes into account how the<br />
Web 2.0 and its technological manifestations such as (micro) blogs, feeds, and social<br />
networks, have changed the marketing activities of enterprises. Beside the discussion of<br />
the above mentioned topics, the lecture series will also critically reect the signicance<br />
of the advertising industry on startups, innovation, and IT in general in recent years. In<br />
practical courses, students will design e-marketing strategies and learn how to employ<br />
contemporary e-marketing methods and techniques.<br />
