Creation of SEGULA IndustrieHansa,
a Joint-Venture dedicated to the aerospace industry
Nanterre, Munich, November 9 th , 2010 – The German engineering firm IndustrieHansa and
SEGULA Technologies, French engineering and consultancy group, today announce the set up of
a joint venture. Named SEGULA IndustrieHansa, this joint-venture aims to address the worldwide
aerospace market through subsidiaries based in France, Germany, Spain and Russia.
Dedicated to the engineering businesses, SEGULA IndustrieHansa will develop its business
expertise in terms of structure, design, calculation, optimization, installation of mechanical and
electric systems and support services such as quality and concessions management.
From January 2011, this joint-venture will be able to answer in a transnational way the bids of the
main European clients that are EADS, Airbus, Eurocopter, Astrium, Safran, Diehl Aircabin,
Premium Aerotec, in addition to the local markets.
The newly founded company plans to double its workforce rapidly through organic growth and
acquisitions; and to expand its presence in England, North America, Latin America and Asia.
SEGULA IndustrieHansa, whose headquarter will be based in Munich, will be managed by two
Managing Directors: Andreas Dallmann and Michel Renard.
The joint-venture will benefit from SEGULA Technologies’ offshore base in Romania and Tunisia;
and from IndustrieHansa experience in partnerships with Indian companies. SEGULA
IndustrieHansa will have engineering consulting offices in Paris, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Marseille,
Munich, Hamburg, Augsburg, Laupheim, Bremen, Madrid, Vitoria, Seville and Moscow.
Both SEGULA Technologies and IndustrieHansa bring to the new company their entire aerospace
activities.

integration of the global worldwide aerospace engineering. Others steps will follow to meet the
