1. The items to be operated under this Schedule those listed in Annexure-B enclosed
with the tender documents.
2. Only one percentage increase/decrease is to be quoted.
3. It will be the contractor’s responsibility to hand over vacant unoccupied possession of the completed
work to Railway authorised representatives.
4. All the matter shall be given at the top of each chapter in i) all the water to be used to works shall
be of appropriate quality and shall be supplied by the contractor at site of requirement, Railway
shall not supply the same, ii) The materials to be supplied by the Railway in concerning PWI’s
store from where the contractors shall transport the same to site and return excess materials to the
said store and without any separate payment for lead, loading, unloading etc. iii) Railway shall not
supply any tools and equipments.
5. The unit for items from No. 9 to 25 of chapter XXIV of the Schedule 1987 should be Track metre
and not in metre.
