CASMED 740 Monitors STANDARDS Accuracy complies with that given in American National Standard for Electronic or Automated Sphygmomanometers, ANSI/AAMI SP10, 2002. Adult blood pressure measurements determined with this device are equivalent to those obtained by an auscultatory blood pressure measurement device and neonatal ones are equivalent to those obtained by an intra-arterial blood pressure device, within the limits prescribed by the American National Standard for Electronic or Automated Sphygmomanometers. The 4th Korotkoff sound was used to determine Diastolic pressure. Study findings are available. Units comply with the following requirements: IEC 60601-1 EN 60601-1-2 IEC 865 IEC 60601-2-30 IEC 60601-2-49 ETL Listed - UL 2601, CAN/CSA C22.2 No.601.1 CE marking according to Directive 93/42/EEC , Tuff-Cuff®, SoftCheck®, and UltraCheck® are registered trademarks of CAS Medical Systems, Inc.
