repair facility, or at the customers’ site. CAS Medical Systems, Inc.’s sole and exclusive
obligation and Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy under the above warranties, is limited to
repairing or replacing, free of charge, a product which is reported in writing or via telephone to
CAS Medical Systems, Inc., has a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number assigned and
which is returned during normal business hours, transporting charges prepaid to:
